Christmas Concert at Lord Mayor's Chapel

Bristol Chamber Choir return to the beautiful Lord Mayor’s Chapel in the heart of Bristol for a magical afternoon of Christmas music. Join us for a warm, atmospheric celebration filled with festive favourites, luminous choral textures, and moments of quiet seasonal reflection.

In this programme, we journey from the serene to the jubilant. The programme features everything from the shimmering harmonies of Poulenc’s Quatre motets pour le temps de Noël  to the timeless tenderness of Harold Darke’s In the bleak midwinter. You’ll hear radiant modern carols by John Rutter, alongside traditional gems such as In dulci jubilo, lovingly brought to life through expressive choral arrangements.

Set within the candlelit splendour of The Lord Mayor’s Chapel, this is the perfect way to embrace the season, unwind from the bustle of December, and enjoy one of Bristol’s most uplifting Christmas choral events.
